As a mediator, Mark helps make difficult matters open for discussion. He is capable of maintaining a constructive relationship. Mark is convinced that skills from the field of mediation add value in strengthening and maintaining collaboration in the construction industry within the consortium, between client and contractor, and between colleagues.

Mark brings structure and stability to your organization. As a contract manager, he maintains control to ensure agreements are adhered to and, where necessary, new ones are formulated. His knowledge of risk management, technical matters, legal frameworks, project financing, and insight into management processes and business plans assist him in this.
