As a senior consultant, Geja is highly experienced in procurement and contract management. She has conducted negotiations and concluded contracts in numerous offshore wind projects.
She sets up operating contracts for wind farms and monitors compliance with project contracts between the client and the contractors. Geja excels at establishing and monitoring agreed timelines and ensuring compliance with contractual milestones as stipulated in the project contracts and the project management plan;
In addition, she advises on payment obligations and monitoring the project budget, as well as preparing and handling the client's reporting obligations.
