Andy is experienced in leading multi-disciplinary, global working teams in the execution and management of projects in the energy transition, steel making, chemical, oil, gas and life sciences industries through all project phases from concept (FEL-1) and feasibility (FEL-2) to FEED (FEL-3) and EPCm.

He is specialized in developing project baselines (budget, planning, contracting, risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies), delivering to the baseline and conducting change management.
